Märksõnad: lepingust taganemine Tarbija ei olnud ostetud jalgratta kvaliteediga rahul kuna jalgrattal purunes kahel korral tagumine rehv ning kaupleja paigaldas paranduse käigus ebaõiged rehvid. Kaupleja selgitab, et kasutamiskõlblikkuse tagamiseks paigaldas ta ajutiselt nii esi- kui ka tagarattale uued kitsama mõõduga välisrehvid, et need hiljem vahetada õiges mõõdus rehvide vastu. Komisjoni hinnangul ei esinenud olulist lepingutingimuste rikkumist.
