Tööinspektor selgitas kontrollimise käigus, et alates 1. jaanuarist 2023 on tööandjal kohustus korraldada ettevõtte töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsi. Tööandja korraldab ettevõtte töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsi regulaarselt vastavalt vajadusele, kuid vähemalt üks kord kolme aasta jooksul. Ettevõtte töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsimisel annab töötervishoiuarst hinnangu ettevõtte töötervishoiu olukorra kohta tervikuna ning esitab tööandjale ettepanekud ettevõtte töötervishoiu olukorra parandamiseks, seahulgas töökeskkonna kohandamiseks, töötingimuste muutmiseks ja töötajate tervise edendamiseks.
