OÜ Mallory Auto kontaktipõhise kontrollimise käigus tuvastas tööinspektor, et et tööandja ei ole säilitanud sõidukite 090BFP ja 797BDV töö- ja puhkeaja andmeid perioodil 01.08-30.11.2024. Sellega on rikkunud liiklusseaduse § 137 lõige 1 punkt 1 nõudeid. Korrakaitseseaduse § 30 lg 3 kohaselt on tööinspektoril õigus saada järelevalve teostamiseks vajalikku teavet ja nõuda riikliku järelevalve teostamiseks dokumentide esitamist. Tööandja esitas 28.04.2025 Tööinspektsiooni iseteeninduse keskkonna vestlusaknasse zip faili selgitusega, et selles sisalduvad eelnimetatud sõidukite töö- ja puhkeaja andmed, kuid failis puudusid vastavad andmed.
