Tarbija registreerus raamatupidamiskursusele, mille alguskuupäev pidi olema 08.09.2025, kuid kaupleja pakkus vähese osalejate arvu tõttu varasemat kursust algusega 12.08.2025. Tarbijale esitati arve uue ajavahemikuga kursuse eest ning tarbija tasus kaks osamakset ja osales ühel tunnil. Komisjon leidis, et tasumine ja kursusel osalemine kinnitasid tarbija nõustumust muudetud ajakavaga.

Show moreTarbija lahkus kursuselt vähem kui tunni möödudes, väites, et kursus ei vastanud tema tasemele, kuid komisjon tuvastas, et kaupleja lepingurikkumist ei olnud ning tarbija ei andnud endale võimalust kursusega kohaneda. Seetõttu jättis komisjon tarbija 680 euro tagastamise nõude rahuldamata.
