10.05.2022.a. järelvalve teostamise käigus osaühing OÜ Klip Marine Shipmanagement kontoris küsitledes töökeskkonnaspetsialisti selgus, et töötajate tervisekontroll on korraldatud viimati 2018 aastal. Esitati leping teenust pakkuva ettevõttega ja esitati ka töötajate nimekiri, kes tervisekontrolli suunatud. Samas näidati ka internetist, et vabu aegu ei ole hetkel saada. Tööandjaga lepiti kokku, et ta selgitab välja tervisekontrolli ajad ja edastab need Tööinspektsioonile, kuid ettekirjutuse väljastamise seisuga seda tehtud ei ole. Seega ei ole ka infot, et töötajatele oleks tervisekontroll korraldatud.
