RPS Estonia OÜ kontaktivaba dokumendipõhise kontrollimise käigus tutvudes ettevõtte andmetega töökeskkonna andmekogus (Tööinspektsiooni iseteeninduskeskkonnas), vanemtööinspektor tuvastas, et tööandja ei ole määranud või tööle võtnud töökeskkonnaspetsialisti. Sellest tulenevalt ei ole tööandja volitanud töökeskkonnaspetsialisti kohustusi täitma töökeskkonnaalaste teadmiste ja oskustega töötajat. Samuti tööandja ei kasuta pädevat ettevõttevälist töökeskkonnaspetsialisti ega täida töökeskkonnaspetsialisti kohustusi ise.

Kuna valimised on korraldamata, ei ole töötajad saanud valida enda hulgast töökeskkonnavolinikku esindamaks töötajaid töötervishoiu ja tööohutusalastes küsimustes. Maksu- ja Tolliameti töötamise registri andmetel töötab ettevõttes kontrollimise hetkel 19 töötajat, kellel on kehtiv tööleping.
