Kontrollkülastuse ajal vesteldes ettevõtte "RP & PARTNERS OÜ" juhatuse liikmega (Rain Pihlas) selgus, et tööandjal on vaja uuendada TEIS-süsteemi laetud riskianalüüsi. Riskianalüüsis ei ole hinnatud ära tervisekontroll ja ohtlike kemikaale. Tööandja uuendab riskianalüüsi, kui: 1) töötingimused või töökeskkond on oluliselt muutunud; 2) töövahendeid või tehnoloogiat on vahetatud või uuendatud; 3) on ilmnenud uued andmed ohuteguri mõju kohta inimese tervisele; 4) õnnetuse või ohtliku olukorra tõttu on riskitase esialgse tasemega võrreldes muutunud; 5) töötervishoiuarst on tervisekontrolli käigus tuvastanud töötaja tööga seotud haigestumise; 6) tööinspektor on järelevalve käigus tuvastanud, et riskianalüüsis ei ole piisavalt hinnatud töökeskkonnas esinevaid riske, sealhulgas ei ole mõõdetud ohutegurite parameetreid, või ei ole ette nähtud abinõusid ohtude maandamiseks.
