Nõutele mittevastava tõsteseadme kasutamine võib põhjustada raskuse kukkumise ning töötaja jäämise tõstetava raskuse alla. Ühisel ehitusplatsil koordinaator ei ole kontrollinud tõsteseadmete korrasolekut.
