04.04.2022 ettevõtte Letaron OÜ kontaktivaba dokumendipõhise kontrollimise käigus tööandja poolt Tööinspektsiooni iseteeninduse kaudu koostatud ja esitatud riskianalüüsi ning tööandja poolt 30.03.2022 vestluse kaudu antud kirjalike selgituste alusel tuvastas tööinspektor-jurist, et ettevõtte töötajatele, kelle tervist mõjutab töökeskkonna ohutegur või töölaad, ei ole korraldatud tervisekontrolli töötervishoiuarsti juures. Riskianalüüsi põhjal mõjutab kõiki töötajaid töökeskkonna ohutegur või töölaad, kuid tööandja andis 30.03.2022 vestluse kaudu teada, et ükski töötaja ei ole töötervishoiuarsti poolset tervisekontrolli läbinud.
