Järelevalvemenetluse käigus viis vanemtööinspektor läbi kontaktivaba dokumendipõhise kontrolli. Tutvudes tööandja edastatud dokumentatsiooniga, vanemtööinspektor tuvastas, et ettevõtte töötajad ei ole läbinud töötervishoiuarsti poolt teostatavat tervisekontrolli. Töökeskkonna riskianalüüsist (koostatud töökeskkonna andmekogus märts 2025) lähtuvalt, on tervisekontrolli korraldamise aluseks töötajate kuvariga töötamine vähemalt poole tööajast. Tööandja edastas töötervishoiuteenuse osutamise lepingu koos lisadega, sh tervisekontrolli suunatud töötajate nimekirja. Tervisekontrolli suunatud töötajate nimekirjast nähtub, et esimene tervisekontrolli aeg on broneeritud 06.06.2025 ning viimane aeg 16.06.2025.
