19.03.2024 OÜ R.K INVEST töösuhete alase kontaktivaba kontrolli käigus tuvastasid tööinspektor-juristid, et tööandja ei ole esitanud järelevalvemenetluseks andmeid ja dokumente millest nähtuks töökeskkonnaspetsilisti määramise kohustuse täitmine. Tööandja ei ole 5. tööpäeva jooksul esitanud arvamusi ega vastuväiteid tuvastatud puudustele ega esitanud puuduste kõrvaldamise tõendeid. Tööandja esindaja esitas taotluse järelevalvemenetluse käigus koostatud menetlustoimingu protokollile arvamuste ja vastuväidete esitamiseks antud tähtaja pikendamiseks. Taotlusele on kirjalikult vastatud, selle rahuldamata jätmist on põhjendatud.
