Töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse nõuete täitmise kontrollimise käigus tööinspektor Viktor Barinov kontrollides töötervishoiuarsti otsuseid tuvastas, et tööandja ei ole korraldanud töötajatele tervisekontrolli töötervishoiuarsti määratud ajavahemiku järel. Tööinspektor tuvastas tervisekontrolli otsustega tutvumisel, et töötajate töötervishoiuarsti tervisekontroll toimus viimati aastal 2022. (tehtud fotod) Tehase juht kinnitas kohapealse kontrolli käigus, et töötajate viimane tervisekontroll toimus aastal 2022. Tööandja peab korraldama töötaja tervisekontrolli töötervishoiuarsti määratud ajavahemiku järel, kuid vähemalt üks kord kolme aasta jooksul. Sellest tulenevalt puuduvad töötajatel kehtivad töötervishoiuarsti otsused.
