Includes Estonian Business Register companies whose registered founders include at least one person whose isikukood- or registry-derived citizenship is NOT Estonian (ISO3 EST).
Citizenship is taken at registration time – later acquired Estonian citizenship, e-Residency or other status change does not alter this view. Dual nationalities are reflected only via the citizenship recorded in the registry.
Revenue and tax are summed across all companies for each country: revenue from the latest filed annual report, taxes from the Tax Board's latest-year quarterly aggregate. These are total company figures, not founder-share-weighted.
Difference from 'foreign-owned' view: The foreign-owned view tracks current legal-entity shareholders (in foreign registries); this view tracks the natural-person founder at registration time. The same company can appear in both with different attributions.
