Methodology

Estonia transferred VASP supervision from the FIU to FinantsInspektsioon in 2024 under MiCA's transition. This view reflects FI's current public register only — entities with a prior FIU licence that have not been re-licensed under MiCA are not surfaced here.

Each ingest run snapshots the observed status into fi_licensed_status_log. The 'Last status change' column shows when the status last flipped between active and inactive — history grows from each run as a layer FI itself does not publish.

We show a reg.code only when the FI-published name resolves to an exact match in the Estonian Business Register. Cross-border providers typically don't have one.
