Töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse nõuete täitmise kontrollimise käigus tööinspektor Viktor Barinov vesteldes töökeskkonnaspetsialistiga tuvastas, et tööandja ei ole korraldanud töötervishoiuteenuse osutamise raames töötervishoiuarsti poolt läbiviidavat töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsi. Tööandja esitas järelevalvemenetluseks analüüsi, kuid töökeskkonnaspetsialisti sõnul koostas esitatud analüüsi tema ise. Tööinspektor selgitas kontrollimise käigus, et alates 1. jaanuarist 2023 on tööandjal kohustus korraldada töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsi. Tööandja korraldab töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsi regulaarselt vastavalt vajadusele, kuid vähemalt üks kord kolme aasta jooksul. Töötervishoiu olukorra analüüsimisel annab töötervishoiuarst hinnangu töökeskkonna töötervishoiu olukorra kohta tervikuna ning esitab tööandjale ettepanekud töökeskkonna töötervishoiu olukorra parandamiseks, seahulgas töökeskkonna kohandamiseks, töötingimuste muutmiseks ja töötajate tervise edendamiseks.
