Vanemtööinspektor tuvastas vestluses kontrollimise juures viibinud töökeskkonnaspetsialistiga ning tutvudes töökeskkonna riskianalüüsiga (koostatud 2021), et tööandja ei ole korraldanud klienditeenindajatele töötervishoiuarsti poolt läbiviidavat tervisekontrolli, kuigi töötajate tervist võib mõjutada töökeskkonna ohutegur või töö laad. Tutvudes töökeskkonna riskianalüüsiga, selgub, et töötajaid võivad mõjutada järgmised töökeskkonna ohutegurid/töö laad: 1) füüsiline koormus (töö, mis on seotud käimisega, väiksemate raskuste kandmisega ning millega kaasneb mõõdukas füüsiline pingutus). Riskianalüüsis abinõudena riskide vähendamisel on viidatud ka töötervishoiuarstile. 2) tööasend (töötamine pidevalt sundasendis ja tehes samu tööliigutusi võib see põhjustada õlavöötme ja käte vaevusi, nt. lihaste ülekoormus. Töötamine pidevalt seisvas asendis võib põhjustada jalgade vaevusi, nt. lihaste ülekoormus, veenilaiendid). 3) raskuste käsitsi teisaldamine (töötajal esineb kuni 10 kg raskuste käsitsi teisaldamist ebaregulaarselt, vastavalt vajadusele). 4) bakterid, viirused (mycobacterium tuberculoisis – 3. ohurühm, gripiviirused (tüübid A,B,C) – 2. ohurühm, paragripiviirused (tüübid 1-4) – 2. ohurühm, adenoviirused – 2. ohurühm). Riskianalüüsis abinõudena riskide vähendamisel on viidatud ka töötervishoiuarstile. Vanemtööinspektori tähelepanek: klienditeenindaja töös esinevad sundasendid on eelkõige seotud seisva asendiga, töö jalgel. Lisaks võib klienditeenindaja tervisekontrolli suunamine olla tingitud ka psühhosotsiaalsetest ohuteguritest (pidev klientidega suhtlemine, sh konfliktsete klientidega). Selgitus: tervisekontroll tuleb korraldada töötajale, kelle tervist võib töökeskkonna riskide hindamise tulemusel mõjutada järgmine töökeskkonna ohutegur või töö laad: 1) müra; 2) vibratsioon; 3) elektromagnetväljad; 4) tehislik optiline kiirgus; 5) ioniseeriv kiirgus; 6) ohtlikud kemikaalid ja neid sisaldavad materjalid, sealhulgas kantserogeenid, mutageenid ja reproduktiivtoksilised ained; 7) bioloogilised ohutegurid; 8) kuvariga töö (töötamine kuvariga vähemalt poole töötaja tööajast); 9) raskuste käsitsi teisaldamine; 10) korduvaid liigutusi sisaldav töö või töö pidevas sundasendis, sealhulgas istuvas või seisvas asendis; 11) muu ohutegur või töö laad (nt psühhosotsiaalsed, klimaatilised ohutegurid - töötamine tavapärasest madalama või kõrgema temperatuuriga oludes, halvad ventilatsiooniolud jne).
