Ajavahemikul 23.01.2023–24.01.2023 Tervise ja Heaolu Infosüsteemide Keskus (registrikood 70009770) kontaktivaba dokumendipõhise kontrollimise käigus tuvastasid tööinspektor-juristid Tööinspektsiooni iseteeninduse kaudu esitatud kirjalike dokumentide alusel, et Sotsiaalkindlustusameti IT arenduste tiimi töötajate osas ei peeta tööaja arvestust, mistõttu ei ole võimalik kontrollida töö- ja puhkeaja nõuetest kinnipidamist st igapäevase ja iganädalase puhkeaja võimaldamist.
