Trademarks whose owner is directly or one hop away from a person on the PEP list.
Trademarks (from the EUIPO and Estonian Patent Office registries) are tied to an Estonian company through their owner; from the PEP list (the Riigikogu, cabinet ministers, party boards, boards of state-owned companies, etc.) we find which of them currently hold a registered role in that company's management board, supervisory board, shareholders or beneficial owners.
The view is one hop: it does not follow chains through subsidiaries or close associates. Nor does it mean a PEP personally uses or owns the trademark — their connection is a registered role in the owning company.
